Dear Friends,
As you know, Rinpoche is always travelling and teaching extensively, and spending much of his time on tour helping and guiding his many students. Now he is staying with family in Nepal and receiving some treatment for his arm. On this occasion we would like to ask you to do some prayers and practice for Rinpoche’s good health and wellbeing.
If you wish, you can do the Tara practice or recite the Tara mantra, if you are familiar with them, and dedicate for this purpose.
Or you can also dedicate any other Dharma practice you do for Rinpoche’s good health, wellbeing and long life.
