A message from Ringu Tulku Rinpoche

Rinpoche has recorded a brief message for everyone which you can watch above. More details will follow regarding the continuation of the Bodhicharyavatara teachings online.

Rinpoche started giving teachings on the Bodhicharyavatara in 2010.  All sessions from Chapter 1 to Stanza 86 of Chapter 6 can be accessed in the Courses section of the Teachings Archive. And now new sessions will be added there very soon.

  1. Thank you Rinpoche on behalf of Danube Dharma Center in Serbia for your wise and encouraging advise to all of us in this difficult time. Like yourself, we are also self-quarantined and using this time to engage in more intensive practice and study. Zoran is giving teachings online to the 16 students of the Triyana Prajna School of Dharma. We are currently in our second year of study together and are now reading and contemplating on the Pratītyasamutpāda. The students are very engaged and have many good questions. We are also practicing online together once a week starting with shamatha-vipashyana, followed by Maitri Bhavana and then a short Sangye Menla.

I am so delighted that you are taking this opportunity to resume teachings on the Bodhicharyavatara! I followed along with you years ago, benefitted greatly and will definitely be picking it up again. Thank you so much! I am spreading this great news!

All of us associated with the Danube Dharma Center are praying for your continued good health and long life, that this pandemic will end soon, and that we will be together again this summer!

  2. Thank you for this dear Rinpoche, I look forward very much to more teachings on the Bodhicharyavatara, I remember the teachings a few years ago were so helpful and useful in everyday life. Take care and be well in these difficult times.
