The intention of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
\nis none other than to\u00a0benefit all.
\nIf when relating to great masters
\nI\u00a0get a different result
\nit’s only because of my past deeds<\/p>\n

The nature of all phenomena is empty
\nand as a mirage all appears.
\nDepending on many causes and conditions
\nalso\u00a0my emotions, confusion and doubts arise.<\/p>\n

Using the platform of wisdom
\nI’ll surf the waves of delusion
\nand crossing the ocean of ignorance
\nreach the golden beach of Dharmakaya.<\/p>\n

May I always find in future lives,
\nteachers compassionate and wise.
\nMay those teachers show patience
\nwith someone like me.<\/p>\n

Maribel first met Ringu Tulku in the\u00a0Autumn of \u00a01997 in Barcelona and at\u00a0that time was not a Buddhist. The following year, when Rinpoche returned to Barcelona, she took refuge with him in the Kagyu Samye\u00a0Dzong there.\u00a0\u00a0After that, Maribel contributed to his work by\u00a0 translating the first Lazy Lama booklet into Spanish and travelled from time to time to receive his teachings here and there. She is presently living in Barcelona and works as a teacher in a primary school.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n
She follows the study programme\u00a0on the online shedra and\u00a0feels very happy with it. This poem was the\u00a0fruit of the inspiration that\u00a0she received this year from receiving Rinpoche’s teachings in Barcelona in May.<\/div>\n
