The time of “being sick” is a precious retreat.
\nThe uncertainty of not knowing what will be
\nopens the experience of vivid nowness.
\nThat is the life as it really is – moment by moment –
\nnot knowing what will be.
\nThat is emptiness in which everything is possible,
\nin which we are able to let go.
\nWe just have to recognise that – and to accept.
\nThen everything is OK what ever will be.<\/p>\n
Then there is no identification with sickness.
\nIt is just a change in the impermanent body.
\nChanging happens all the time.
\nSometimes we just recognise it more.
\nDon’t be disturbed by that.
\nStay free, open and clear… as you really are.
\nThen you transcend suffering and pain.<\/p>\n
