\n<\/em>4 hard-boiled eggs<\/span>
\n 3 medium-sized potatoes<\/span>
\n 4 medium-sized tomatoes<\/span>
\n 1 medium onion (chopped)<\/span>
\n 1\/2 teaspoon turmeric<\/span>
\n 1\/2 teaspoon ginger<\/span>
\n 4 cloves garlic<\/span>
\n 3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/span>
\n bread crumbs<\/span>
\n oil for frying<\/span>
\n chopped coriander leaves<\/span><\/h2>\n

Process<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Cut the eggs into two halves and wrap them in breadcrumbs.\u00a0 Heat the oil and shallow fry them, turning until golden brown.\u00a0 Keep them aside.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Fry the chopped onion until light brown.\u00a0 Add all the dry ingredients and fry for a few minutes.\u00a0 Put a little water in and also add the tomatoes and the potatoes.\u00a0 Add 2 cups of water and the salt and cook for a few minutes.\u00a0 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapati.<\/span><\/h2>\n
