HOLY ISLE DORMITORY\u2026
\n<\/span><\/strong>Quiet, Peaceful, Comfort for me,<\/span>
\nTime to reflect on what I see.<\/span>
\nAll my buttons are already being pushed,<\/span>
\nI want it to be over now but this can\u2019t be rushed!<\/span>
\nTime to go inward and see what is there,<\/span>
\nI can be Quiet, Peaceful and find Comfort anywhere\u2026<\/span>
\nIt is all my poisons flaring up in my mind,<\/span>
\nNegativity and trying to control must be left behind.<\/span>
\nI\u2019m in a dormitory and I don\u2019t like it at all!<\/span>
\nI can\u2019t sleep with all the snoring or any noise however small.<\/span>
\nSo what am I going to do?<\/span>
\nI have to forbear so a change will ensue.<\/span>
\nWhat a Fabulous way this has been presented to meditate,<\/span>
\nOne Pointed Focus as I contemplate.<\/span>
\nThis is my opportunity to put my obsessions to rest,<\/span>

\nWritten at 9.09am Tuesday 4th July 2023 in Holy Isle library before first Teaching and read out in first Session during Ringu Tulku Rinpoche Retreat<\/span><\/p>\n

MAHAMUDRA\u2026<\/span><\/strong>
\nWe are being taught Mahamudra – Stillness, Movement and Awareness oh my,<\/span>
\nUp to this point in my life I\u2019ve just been getting by.<\/span>
\nThis is a whole new concept above my pay grade,<\/span>
\nI am looking back at the choices I\u2019ve made.<\/span>
\nSome were good some were not,<\/span>
\nThey have led me to the experience I have got.<\/span>
\nWe are all different, multi-faceted and unique,<\/span>
\nAnd on the right path for the Wisdom we seek.<\/span>
\nThe Two Accumulations – Compassion and Wisdom have it all,<\/span>
\nHave I got any? I sit and recall.<\/span>
\nThe first step for me is to actually be Aware,<\/span>
\nOf how well I am not doing, it is good to share!<\/span>
\nThere is nothing, there is everything, it does not exist,<\/span>
\nMy mind makes it too complicated and tries to resist.<\/span>
\nSo what is time, where am I going, is there anything to fear?<\/span>
\nIt does not matter where I\u2019ve been or where I am going I am ALWAYS HERE!<\/span><\/p>\n

Holy Isle Retreat<\/strong><\/span>
\nI saw an otter at the end of Holy Isle jetty looking at me,<\/span>
\nIn my mind\u2019s eye I saw it wink before it slipped into the sea\u2026<\/span>
\nIt was by the steps of the jetty on the right hand side,<\/span>
\nWhich means to me the future and there is a turning of the tide\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

So now I am sitting here with bare feet on the ground,<\/span>
\nContemplating and aware of Nature\u2019s sound.<\/span>
\nI feel my Spirit leave and walk around the Stupas now,<\/span>
\nAs I am sitting here Aware the vibrations allow.<\/span>
\nAs I sense my Spirit walking the Energy Grids and Ley Lines of this Sacred Land,<\/span>
\nI feel Noble Green Tara hold my hand.<\/span>
\nSo I get up from my seat and do Kora around the Stupas and start to recite,<\/span>
\nGreen Tara\u2019s Mantra and it feels so right.<\/span>
\nAs I am walking I feel my Spirit is there,<\/span>
\nIt did not leave me it just expanded and can go anywhere.<\/span>
\nThank you Ringu Tulku Rinpoche for helping me to train my mind,<\/span>
\nI feel I have made a breakthrough and Enlightenment and Awakening is all there to find\u2026<\/span>

LIKE A BUBBLE\u2026 TRANSITION\u2026
\n<\/span><\/strong>This is a time of Transition,
\nGiving the opportunity to review my position.
\nWhat is necessary in my life to change,
\nTransform, Release, Heal and Rearrange?
\nA moment of quiet Inner Contemplation,
\nReflecting on where I am and what is my station.
\nA train journey then comes to mind,
\nAs I stop and start, leaving my past behind.
\nThe train is myself continuing on,
\nInteraction and lessons learnt from everyone.
\nPeople I have met along the way,
\nSome come and go, others here to stay\u2026
\nKarmic connections, paying debts as I go,
\nOn my way but which is which I don\u2019t know!
\nDecisions previously made I wouldn\u2019t make now,
\nThe richness of experience shows me how.
\nOnwards and upwards the train keeps going,
\nSometimes too fast and there seems no sign of slowing.
\nThen all of a sudden the Universe applies the brake,
\nThe train stops and I\u2019m given the nod to take.
\nA much needed rest to recuperate,
\nFrom all that has happened on the latest adventure then it is time to wait.
\nFor the right moment when I sow another seed,
\nJust like a bubble, I am self-contained and have everything I need.
\nImpermanence is the key so deep and profound,
\nI mull over the one hand clapping teaching, what is the sound?
\nAll is a dream my own projection,
\nThe answer lies within from introspection.
\nI have created my own World, my reality as a video movie scene,
\nMy eyes see what my mind wants to see as as on a television screen.
\nThis is my perception of how things really are,
\nIn all good faith my Truth but short of the mark by far!
\nWhen putting my point across and sharing my view,
\nThat is when I suddenly realise you have your own reality too!
\nI Am The Bubble, constantly in transition,
\nSeems I am not the only one, time to review my position\u2026
