DESCRIPTION:In two consecutive courses (each separately bookable), Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will show us ways to overcome feelings of helplessness and powerlessness in the face of war, and instead increasingly recognise and further develop and deepen love and compassion as innate qualities within us.
