In this video, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche discusses the different kinds of sufferings that we all face in life. He explains the Buddhist concept of “suffering of suffering,” which refers to the actual pain and problems we experience. He also talks about “suffering of change,” which arises due to our worry and anxiety about things changing even when everything is going well. Additionally, Rinpoche touches upon the idea that everything is momentary and impermanent, leading to a lack of control and uncertainty in life.
