A Summary
by Maggy Jones
Meditation is how to tame the mind, and bring peace and tranquillity. Our mind is always distracted and out of control. It is a method to make our mind more flexible and tame it to do what we want – like taming an animal. We must first learn how to relax in a light and skilful way and that way we shall find peace and stability We learn to stop running after things and running away but just to accept whatever comes.
