Some notes
There is nothing called certainty in life. It’s best to have less expectation, and live more in the moment and make the best of it. Present is the only time we actually have.
Problems will never end. But how I react to those problems is up to me.
We have to see that both good and bad things are temporary and will change. And both of them can give us problems.
Facing our difficulties is often much less painful than our worrying about them.
Our mind becomes stable when we are able to accept both good and bad things with understanding.
How I am is where my mind is focused – how I’m thinking, how I’m reacting and how I’m experiencing. It’s not how the things are around me.
