In this 9th video of the series, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche discusses the concept of human birth being seen as suffering despite human life being considered precious. He explains that human life is valuable because it presents the opportunity for freedom from suffering through the attainment of wisdom. However, he also notes that the confusion and misunderstanding that can come with a samsaric state of mind, which can cause suffering for oneself and others.
