At the Shambhala centre in Philadelphia (US), Rinpoche gave this very helpful and interesting teaching on community.
Community, in Buddhist terms, can be called as sangha. What is the community of practitioners or the sangha, what is the ethical code for the sangha and how is it observed, and how do we preserve the dharma are some of the main topics discussed. What is the connection of dharma and culture? We all make mistakes, how to deal with them? How to find balance between remaining positive, and standing with those, who are hurt in the community?
