Rinpoche continues, from 2018 and 2017,  the teaching on Gampopa’s collection of pith instructions on the Mahamudra lineage, Great Teachings to the Assembly (Tsokchö Chenmo). This year we have come to the Four Dharmas of Gampopa.

Whether our practice is true dharma practice, depends on whether it is transformative or not. To make very clear what dharma practice is, Gampopa made these four instructions:

1. To practice the Dharma as Dharma. (Part 1)
   – Practice of dharma has to be transformative for our klesha and karma.
2. The Dharma becomes a Path. (Part 2)
   – Path is compassion and wisdom which are the opposite of all our negative emotions.
3. The Path dispells delusion. (Part 3)
   – In the beginning of part 3 there is a very clear and concise summary by Rinpoche of the 2 first of the Four Dharmas.
   – Getting the right view on how things are.
4. Confusion arises as Wisdom. (This is not discussed here.)
