LIVE Teaching – The practice of Shine (Shamatha) and Lhaktong (Vipassana)
Rinpoche kindly accepted Bodhicharya Berlin’s request to give a teaching on the two basic meditation practices, Shine (Shamatha) and Lhaktong (Vipassana).
Shine meditation is focused on quieting the mind, to train in calm abiding, open awareness and not following your thoughts and impulses. Lhaktong meditation is aimed at insight, seeing things clearly as they are.
The Bodhicharya Berlin centre runs mainly on donations, so for this online teaching we ask to kindly choose the amount you want to donate to support the centre in these difficult times.
