We all know that we should develop compassion, but something inside stops us; We think we will not be so effective. Not so. When you are feeling warm and compassionate, you are not being swayed by anger or fear. You love yourself and don’t like being hurt, so love others as you love yourself. Do not expect too much from yourself. Develop tolerance and accept others as they are; we are all both good and bad, rich and poor and we will meet again in the next life. Don’t feel ill-will but fill your heart with kindness. Wish all beings happiness and the causes of happiness. Watch your reactions. Q & A
