Refuge
A teaching on Refuge.
Without a clear understanding of the foundation, whatever information and understanding you get and build upon it does not have much meaning.
And this is not necessarily simple. In a way, the whole journey is about directly and experientally understanding and experiencing the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha – which are within yourself.
