Vajrayana Practice – Meaning and Challenges

“The practice of Vajrayana Buddhism fascinates many – powerful rituals, profound meditations, and a unique symbolic language. But especially in everyday Western life, this path can also raise questions: How can such an intensive practice be integrated into our modern lives? Where are the opportunities, and where are the stumbling blocks?

This weekend, we want to delve deeper together: What makes the Vajrayana path so special? What inner attitude does it require—and where does it sometimes become challenging? This will not only focus on theory, but also on very practical experiences, and there will also be an opportunity for questions.

Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will highlight key aspects for understanding Vajrayana practice and, drawing on his experience with Western practitioners, address the particular challenges in our culture. The teachings are intended to provide valuable guidance for one’s own practice—both for experienced practitioners and those interested in approaching Vajrayana.”
