Changing your membership payments to euros

This information is for members who joined the archive before July 2021 and paid using PayPal.

‘The Ringu Tulku Archive’ has now become its own non-profit (company limited by guarantee) registered in Ireland. Therefore membership subscriptions will be charged in Euros (€) instead of Pounds Sterling (£). We have kept the amount the same, so paying in Euros will currently (2022) be a cheaper option.

However, we are unable to change the currency of members who signed up using PayPal before July 2021. If you joined the archive before July 2021 using PayPal, your existing subscription will renew in Pounds Sterling (£).

To change this to euros and to pay via debit/credit card, you just need to:

1. go to your subscriptions panel, find your existing subscription and cancel it before it automatically renews. You will still have access to the archive until that date even after cancelling.
2. After the renewal date passes (and your old subscription is no longer active) login to the archive website and go to the Membership page and choose a new Membership plan. It can be the same membership type you had before or a different one. Remember to login first so you don’t need to enter all your details in again.

Note that we no longer use PayPal as a payment method on new subscriptions. Therefore you will need to pay using a card.

Your credit card information is passed directly from your browser to Stripe over a secure encrypted connection. Our website doesn’t hold any card data.
