Ringu Tulku Rinpoche discusses daily practices we can do to observe the pain and difficulties in the world without feeling overwhelmed by it. He reminds us that sickness, death, and other forms of suffering are inevitable. And while we can take steps to mitigate the effects of these hardships, we need inner strength to avoid emotional and mental suffering. From a Buddhist perspective, spiritual practice can help us develop this inner resilience, although it’s not always an easy path.
Join Rinpoche as he shares his insights on navigating life’s challenges with greater ease and peace of mind.
