According to Buddhist teachings, there are six realms of existence. These realms are associated with different negative emotions such as pride, jealousy, attachment, ignorance, greed, and hatred. Beings in these realms experience suffering according to their dominant emotion. Understanding these realms can help us develop compassion for all beings and cultivate positive emotions. By practicing mindfulness and developing a sense of interdependence, we can work towards creating a more peaceful and harmonious world.
