Connecting with our indestructible nature, as Ringu Tulku Rinpoche suggests, requires a deeper understanding and realization. It’s not something that happens overnight but is a gradual process.
The first step is recognizing the impermanence of everything in our lives. Nothing stays the same; everything is subject to change. This understanding helps us accept the inevitability of change, including our own mortality. Resisting these changes is ultimately futile.
Everything is interconnected, interdependent, and relative. This understanding is key to realizing that our true nature is indestructible, not because it’s impervious to change, but because it’s not a fixed, independent entity that can be destroyed.
Ultimately, connecting with our indestructible nature requires time, patience, and a deepening understanding of the nature of reality. As this understanding grows, fear and worry naturally diminish, and we can face life’s challenges with greater clarity and composure.
