This teaching, based on Paltrul Rinpoche’s text about how to overcome the Maras, was given at Karma Changchub Choephel Ling in Heidelberg, Germany.

Maras are obstacles, that will eventually be faced by everyone, who is practising the Dharma and working on transforming oneself. Obstacles actually are a sign that you are trying to change something for the better. When there are Maras, and you are able to identify them and overcome them, that is progress.
