Approaching Mahāmudrā

3 – 5 October – 17:00 UTC (19:00 Central European Time – Berlin).

Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will introduce us to the first steps of the practice of Mahāmudrā, a profound and essential meditation tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism, especially in the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. We are very pleased that Rinpoche has agreed to give these special teachings.

Mahāmudrā, which literally means “great seal”, refers to the nature of mind and the ultimate understanding of reality. This practice provides a direct method of recognizing the nature of one’s mind and stabilizing it through meditation. Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will give the teachings and the first steps on the path of Mahāmudrā both theoretically and practically in his relaxed and easy to understand manner.

The teachings are accessible to practitioners of all levels – from beginners to experienced meditators.

  1. Hi Leda, maybe not all three sessions, but at least some of them will be simultaneously translated on Zoom to Portuguese and maybe also Spanish.
