The Four Foundations
The topic is “The Four Foundations”. It came out of a conversation he had with people who practice Ngöndro, there he emphasised the importance of the fundamental thoughts:
- Precious human birth
- Impermanence
- Karma – cause and effect
- The defects of Samsara
The complete title is “The Four Foundations – the thoughts that turn the mind towards the Dharma” or “the thoughts that turn the mind away from Samsara”
There will be translation from English to German in the temple.
