A surprise teaching event to complete Rinpoche’s 2024 Teaching Tour

It has just been announced that Rinpoche will give an unscheduled public talk in Bodhicharya Berlin which will also be live streamed on Zoom at 7pm* CET on Wednesday 30th October before he leaves for Kathmandu. 

Rinpoche wants to meet with the Bodhicharya Sangha to discus a few things and will also be open to questions and jokes! At Rinpoche’s request, the event will also be broadcast via Zoom so that all of his students and friends will have the opportunity to join.

This teaching concludes Rinpoche’s 2024 teaching tour, taking in Europe, the Caribbean, Canada, and USA. In six months of travels Rinpoche has taught at 55 centres in 22 countries and taken 32 flights, 3 trains, and 1 ferry. Please look at, and reflect on, the itinerary below:-

The following day Rinpoche will fly to Nepal to take part in the Kangyur transmission of Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche at the Benchen Monastery Swayambu until the beginning of January. He will then travel to Australia and New Zealand and return to Bodhgaya for the Kagyu Monlam. 

Rinpoche hopes to return to Europe in the spring/early summer. The German Kagyu Monlam will take place in Bodhicharya Berlin on the weekend of August 22nd – 24th, 2025.
