We have simplified our Members and News subscription services. Now all you need to do is register as a member (in the sidebar on the left) to receive news updates from the website. Becoming a member also allows you to leave comments on all the news that is posted.
It also allows you to join in the new Shedra section. However, to participate in the Shedra’s Online Study Group, you will still need to email your name to shedra@bodhicharya.org to be added to the list of participating students. We have also translated the website into eleven additional languages (French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Danish, Polish, Norwegian, Chinese, German and Finnish). This service is provided by Google Translate and it is currently still being undertaken. To access the website in a different language, just click on the relevant flag icon in the sidebar. The translations may not be super perfect, but they will make the website much more accessible to all of Rinopche’s non-English speaking students.
We now have a Bodhicharya Group Flickr area where students can share all their images relating to Bodhicharya events and projects. You can visit it it here or at this address: http://www.flickr.com/groups/bodhicharya/. You will need to sign up with Flickr to upload your images. This will hopefully become a resource of images for the website. Don’t forget to tag your images with at least the year and location and add a description though!
Finally, just a reminder. If you, or your group, have any news you feel is relevant to our news home page, just send it in (with images) to news@bodhicharya.org.
