The second of the four mindfulnesses, the mindfulness of feeling. The nature, causes, results and the “feeler” of feelings. Feelings are our strongest sense of “self” in the experiential form. Transitory nature of feelings indicates their dependent existence. Use intellect to analyse source and form of feeling but must integrate this into our experience.
