Regarding the training of our mind on action with mindfulness and awareness, there are the three shilas or precepts in the Mahayana discipline: to refrain from doing negative deeds, to accumulate positive deeds and to help beings.
Refraining from negative deeds is discussed in two points: how to maintain the purity of the actions of body, speech and mind; and how to maintain the training of abstaining from negative action.
With video BA5_34-44 Rinpoche gives a commentary on stanzas 34 to 44 of the fifth chapter of the Bodhicharyavatara, covering the first of these two points.

I cannot seem to find the mp3 download link. Is it just me, or….?

Thanks!
And thanks for all you do to make these teachings available! I’ve built web pages before (A long time ago), and I know how much fun it is to make sure everything works. Thanks again,
