    Dear Rimpoche
    Although I am not a newcomer, I do not know really what mantras are.

    Thank you , please receive my gratitude for all your teachings and actions

    A question for Rinpoche.
    Dear Rinpoche,
    in your teachings I can learn the importance of the journey from the head to the heart, as you sometimes call it:
    and I understand it is mostly about practising and transforming ourselves.
    In this respect, how useful do you think it is to ALSO study Buddhist philosophy, such as Nagarjuna’s Middle Way?
    And have you got any advice on how to approach the studying?
    This question came to my mind after noticing that I don’t know about it as much as I wish and maybe some in Bodhicharya (London and friends) may feel the same and maybe a study group may be useful;
    and also after HH the Dalai Lama’s recent teachings, where he considered how the theoretical foundations of Tibetan Buddhism are essentially grounded on Nagarjuna’s work.
    Thanks for all your teachings and hope to see you in person soon.
    Michele.
