Bodhicharya UK is a Registered Charity (1190768) with the UK Charity Commission.

What data do we collect, what do we do with it and how do we use it?

We only collect and securely store personal data that you have chosen to provide to us. For example if you make a donation you may opt in for Gift Aid via PayPal or complete our Gift Aid form which would collect your name, home address and email address. This information is only used for Gift Aid Claim purposes and we do not share your data with third-parties. You can see PayPal’s Privacy Policy here.

From time to time we may send out emails about Bodhicharya UK  that we believe may be of interest to those who have previously contacted us or made a donation. We use Mailchimp for this. We do not share your email address with third-parties. You can see Mailchimp’s privacy policy here. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by letting us know or simply by using the un-subscribe option at the bottom of the email.

Know your rights

You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you, to request changes to inaccurate information, under certain circumstances to object to the processing of information, to request that we delete the information or that we restrict the processing of information.
